A First Step Toward Nature and the Future
The Internationally Designated Area; IDA Vision Forum will be held on 30 April in Jeju.
In celebration of the opening of the Global Research and Training Centre for Internationally Designated Areas Under the auspices of UNESCO (GCIDA), this forum will bring together global experts and partner institutions to discuss GCIDA’s role, strategic cooperation, and practical approaches for the sustainable management of IDAs and MIDAs.
Participants from UNESCO, IUCN, the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, and various international organizations will gather to shape a sustainable future for all internationally designated areas, including MIDAs, through collaboration.
